  • Half Moon Graze

    When you want to feed a crowd, but don’t need a full-size spread - the Half Moon Graze is for you!

    Two of our abundant, seasonal “Ohana"-size platters are prepared overflowing with savory cheeses, charcuterie meats, local fruits, honey, nuts, & jam; paired together to provide ample appetizers for up to 20 guests, and provide a stunning display at any event!

    Total size is approx 4ft L x 12” W

    Served on compostable trays with compostable serving utensils for easy cleanup.

    Served with artisan flatbread crackers on the side.

    Overflowing with fresh island fruits, multiple gourmet cheeses, charcuterie meats, & accouterments. Designed to fill a 6’ table or stretch 9’ long (depending on your space!)

    All served on compostable trays for easy cleanup.

    Selection is based on local & seasonal availability; served with crackers & sliced baguettes.

    Designed to channel island surf-club vibes, this stunning tropical charcuterie is built directly onto a 5’9” vintage surfboard - complete with a wide selection of cheeses, charcuterie, local Maui fruits, jams, nuts, honey, & chocolate along with edible displays & props that create a wow-factor for guests, and truly capture the island spirit!

    Designed to serve up to 35 guests for light hors d’oeuvres. Served with crackers on the side.

    Pricing includes in-person setup & breakdown, as well as table & table cloth, surfboard, and props. Allow for 3 hours prior to event for setup, 1 hour after event for breakdown.

    Delivery is additional outside of South Maui.
